Izzie Walsh Tours Internationally

BIMM Manchester songwriting graduate Izzie Walsh continues to go from strength to strength with her band. In the wake of her highly praised debut EP release ‘Take Me Back’, Izzie and her band recently came first in Indie Week‘s ‘Best Of The Fest’ competition, the prize for which includes the opportunity to perform in Toronto, Canada.

In addition, the young country/folk artist will be hitting the road in Australia in early 2019 as the Buckle & Boots festival tours the country, taking her to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Tamworth Country Music Festival, Hunter Valley and Sydney.

“It was great to win the U.K. Indie Week’s Best of the Fest, especially with all the other artists being such top quality performers!” Said Izzie.

“Knowing that we’re playing in Toronto and then Touring Australia with Buckle & Boots in 2019 is an incredible feeling for myself and the band. Hopefully we can show the international audience exactly what our music is about and meet new fans along the way.” 

We’re sure this is just the start of a promising international career for Izzie Walsh and her band. We wish her continued success with future tours and releases.
