BIMM Dublin graduate joins Dua Lipa for performance at the 2024 GRAMMYs
We’re so excited for BIMM Music Institute Dublin graduate Ciara O’Connor, who showcased her talent alongside Dua Lipa in a sensational GRAMMYs performance.
Ciara has been a backing vocalist of Dua Lipa since 2018; as part of her band, she’s toured stadiums in Asia, the US and Europe, with the GRAMMYs being the latest of many star-studded performances. To kick off the 66th annual GRAMMY Awards, Ciara performed a mashup of hits ‘Dance the Night’, ‘Houdini’, and a new unreleased track titled ‘Training Season’. Other performances on the night came from SZA, Billie Eilish, and the legendary Tracy Chapman.
When Ciara isn’t sharing the stage with Dua Lipa, she can be found working alongside stars such as Niall Horan, Jessie Ware, Rina Sawayama and Dermot Kennedy. Throughout her career, she has performed at a wide range of exciting events and venues, including the BBC Live Lounge, The Jonathan Ross Show, Later… with Jools Holland, The BRIT Awards, and Alexandra Palace. Ciara has also had the opportunity to perform at functions for Amazon, Adidas, Cartier, Spotify, Warner Records, Yves Saint Laurent, Formula 1 Grand Prix, and Chanel.
We would like to congratulate Ciara on her incredible GRAMMYs performance, and we wish her all the best for the future.
