Simon Gray

Simon is the Course Leader for Songwriting at BIMM Music Institute Brighton. Having graduated with a BA honours degree in popular music performance in 2013, Simon has since gone on to work in many sectors of the music and education industry.

An experienced performer, guitarist, songwriter and producer in his own right, Simon has worked both in the creative and production process for many live bands, and has also worked behind the scenes working in tour management for artists including Derreck Hodge, Blue Note All Stars, Dark Horses, Zara MacFarlane, Josef Salvat, and others.

Simon has spent years working in the commercial songwriting and production sector with songwriting credits with a diverse range of acts. Simon also specialises in the artist development and management of Hip Hop/ Rap artists and has worked on sound design for BBC affiliated 'Sparklab' and 'Sweettalk' productions.
