Pauline Bourdon

Pauline is a sustainability consultant for the Music Industry. In 2021, she launched Soliphilia: a sustainability & green touring consultancy dedicated to artists.
Her experience also includes working as Tour Manager for Mulatu Astatke and lending her expertise to world-renowned festivals: Artist Administrator & Accreditation Supervisor at Glastonbury Silver Hayes, Artist Accreditation Manager at Boomtown and Artist Logistics Manager at Simple Things.
She currently undertakes the role of Sustainability & Social Cohesion Coordinator at Team Love in Bristol, working on Love Saves The Day, FORWARDS, Love International & Waterworks.
