Matt is an electronic music composer/producer based in Bristol whose sound consists of trace elements of underground genres spanning the hardcore continuum which is created with a strong narrative & visual aesthetic. He works under the name ‘Spektralsound’ and has had releases on labels such as Keysound, Circular Jaw and Idle Hands, as well as a side project on UK dance legend Karl ‘Tuff Enuff” Brown’s label, 2Tuf4U Records. As well as having hosted shows and made guest appearances on Rinse FM, NTS, Noods and 1020 radio, he also has a regular show on Bristol’s SWU FM.
In 2018 he began offering a high-quality, state-of-the-art mixing and mastering service to music producers and record labels.
2021 will see his debut album released on Keysound Recordings featuring a number of Bristol and London based vocalists.
