Ben Thomas
Senior Lecturer, Drums *
Ben teaches Drums at BIMM Insitute Brighton. He has worked with many bands and solo artists across the UK covering a wide variety of styles and setups. In 2013 he began working with Rag n Bone Man (Columbia Records).
Ben previously studied at BIMM Brighton with the aim to pursue a career in the industry. He then, began studying under the campus' Head Of Drums, Pat Garvey. And began exploring many advanced techniques, styles and concepts on the instrument.
Since joining Rag ’N’ Bone Man, Ben has toured worldwide. Playing on various headline tours, festivals, Stadiums, Arenas and Academies , including Glastonbury, Montreux Jazz Festival , Reading and Leeds , Radio 1 Big Weekend , Rock am Ring , Rock Im Park, Fuji Rock, Splendour in the Grass, Capital Ball (Wembley Stadium) Ibiza Rocks, Roskilde, along with many more.
