Connect with BIMM students and alumni

Can you offer work placements to our students?
We always want to hear from employers, events organisers and anyone who might have an opportunity we could extend to our students. Most of our students undertake work placements at least once during their course, often more. You can share work experience opportunities with us at any time and in any format – whether it’s an extra pair of hands for one day or for a period of weeks or months.
In their second year, BIMM students can take an optional module called ‘Working in the Creative Industries’. This module involves a partnership between students, employers and BIMM Music Institute. The goal is to enable students to apply their subject knowledge to authentic activity, whilst also receiving supervision and support from employers.
