BIMM Music Institute London music business graduate, Ta’Shan, has a unique blend of captivating lyrics and impactful melodies, creating a sound that is solely her own. The Swiss-Indian, London-based singer/songwriter strives to be as authentic as possible in all that she applies herself to, and her mission to create art that blends both her Swiss and Indian cultures.
Mixing R&B, Pop, Trap as well as Indian sounds and influences, she’s had strong support from the BBC (Asian Network, 1Xtra and Radio 1) as well as from numerous publications such as Clash and Hunger magazine.
After performances in 2019 at both The Great Escape and Glastonbury on the BBC Introducing Stage, Ta’Shan was chosen as one of O2 Music’s ‘Next Generation’ artists, being introduced as part of the best new talent across the UK through a series of videos.
